Road bikes are called Hybrids. With this type of bike, you can go on the road as well as gravel and dirt trails.

It is NOT possible to rent a Fat-Bike for several days. 

Rental includes a helmet (mandatory), a bag (on request) and a padlock (on request). If you are renting for more than 4 hours, we will provide you with a battery charger. Road assistance is included with all reservations.

The minimum age dictated by the Canadian Transportation Law is 14 years old and must hold a class 6D license. Therefor, we cannot rent an electric bike to an individual under the age of 14.

All minors (between 14 and 17 years old) must be accompanied by a responsible adult during the entire rental period.   

If there is a malfunction of the bike or a breakdown during the rental period, you must call us, and one of our mechanics will try to resolve the problem over the phone first. If this is not enough, we will give you a meeting point and we will come to change the bike.

As for Liability, if the breakage comes from normal wear and tear of the bike, you will not be charged. On the other hand, if it comes from improper use of the bike, you will be charged.

We are keeping the credit card number used to make the reservation for this purpose, and you must accept these terms in order to rent with us.    

For any cancellation or modification of your reservation, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise we will not refund the reservation. 

Yes, but in small quantities: Vacay, Greaser and Outsider.

The Outsider can be booked online, while the others must be booked by phone. You can see them all in our “Shop” section of the website.

No, all our bikes are electrically assisted.

Yes, we have baby seats, child seats and trolleys for 2 children. We also have a cargo-type bike that can be used for this purpose. See below in the reservation section.
